Hollowback Press on Rings

More gymnasts should use “Hollowback” Press on Rings. It’s easier than straight leg, straight arm piked press (for some gymnasts) and judges tend to be more forgiving in execution deductions.

Australian athletes have been urged to “tweet or compete” at next year’s Olympics in Rio de Janeiro in order to avoid any distractions from competition during the Games.
