Nile Wilson is not competing Europeans. He’s still recovering from a fluke P Bar injury.
Instead he’s promoting a program for athletes who want to get Gymnastics ripped.
The way I see it this is the ultimate online programme for Gymnasts, Crossfitters, people training Calisthenics, Fitness enthusiasts. ..

She knows how to land.

Oklahoma as a team tries to mark a safe landing position … then move slowly and gracefully into the College girl salute. OU obviously trains it this way.
Update. Sarah sends a link to a VIDEO from another angle that shows the GO sign lit green. Krisztián does not see it. Waits on the announcer. That’s why it took him more than 30 seconds to mount.
As a judge I would not have taken the 0.3 deduction.
___
This routine would have been Gold. Except that Krisztián was penalized 0.3 for not starting his routine within 30 seconds of being signalled.
He certainly starts well within 30 seconds of giving salute.

Hungary protested twice. Appeal denied.
Seems bogus to me. There was no intention to delay the competition so far as I can see.

Oleg was awarded 6.4 difficulty. Yet left out his Healy from 1-Bar. Is that D score correct?

Wow. When is Horizontal Bar ever one of the best Finals?

Hall and Boulet were near perfect too.
Brägger went clean on a 6.8 D score routine. The astonishing Yusuke Saito has only competed 6.7 this season. Brägger is the new high, I believe.
I’m still calling Switzerland the #1 H Bar nation in the world.

Finally. The super talented Angelina Melnikova is rewarded. Russia truly needs powerful tumblers like her.

I’m happy with this podium. And happy for the home crowd and organizers.

Ponor will not regret continuing her career through to 2017. She was Olympic Beam Champion in 2004. That was so many years ago I’ve lost count. 🙂
Eythora’s routine was dreamy. Cata super aggressive. Both awesome. Cata the higher start score.
Fans are “fanatics”. If you want fans for your sport, be prepared to put up with some fanatics. Cluj has done a terrific job promoting this event.
Tabea Alt, too ill to compete the AA, had a disastrous routine. 😦 Perhaps she should have withdrawn from this Final, as well.

Good podium. Dalaloyan competed a near perfect Yurchenko triple twist STUCK and an excellent Handspring double front pike.
You could easily switch #2 and #3, however. They were close.
I love Dragulescu’s showboating on the podium. But is it deductible?
The apparatus has claimed fewer victims than in most competition. But Medvedev’s crash reminded us just how dangerous it can be.
