Ruben Padilla 🇺🇸 … G.O.A.T. ??

I don’t know the history of Trampoline and Tumbling well enough …

… but has anyone in history been so competitive in all 3 disciplines?

Best known for his two World Championship titles in Double Mini-Trampoline, Padilla used the 3-5 October World Cup to showcase his versatility in other categories.

The 24-year-old made it to finals in Men’s Individual and Synchronized Trampoline as well as in Tumbling — already almost unheard of in the sport — then won two of the three.

Pak Salto progressions

Most gymnasts who can already do Flyaway, will tend to over-rotate.

These drills emphasizing under-rotation from the start.

Do as many progressions without spot as possible. Some gymnasts have trouble doing the final skill without the spotter — especially those who tend to over-rotate. They fear hitting feet on the high rail.

Coach Jeremy Mosier considered introducing Pak before Flyaway with beginners. I believe that would work.
