Japanese Olympic team named.

Kenzo Shirai will make his first Olympic journey this summer to Rio de Janeiro as he secured his place along with Yusuke Tanaka and Koji Yamamuro on Sunday following the national apparatus championships, which serve as Japan’s final qualifying event. …
Performances from the national championships in April and the NHK Cup in May were also taken into account by the Japan Gymnastics Association to choose the best possible members for the team event. …
46 National Championships in series
Dave Copeland. Canada.

Hardy Fink on the right has attended more Worlds & Olympics than any other FIG judge, MAG or WAG. But he did miss a few Canadian Nationals. 🙂
Both men represent the dedication and commitment of our officials. Certainly they don’t do it for the money nor the praise.

Coaching courses Vancouver
This is cool. We’ve got Phoenix Gym Club empty for back-to-back coaching courses. Canadian coaches can register for one or the other, but not both.
Competition 1 (C1) MAG and WAG – June 23-26, 2016
Competition 2 (C2) MAG and WAG – June 27-30, 2016
The C2 is a pilot course. Training for clinicians will be run simultaneously. Contact your Provincial office if you are interested in teaching these courses.
