Personally, I’m not a big fan of using a belt for same Bar releases.
It works — but can make it difficult for some gymnasts to get OUT of the belt.
That said, IF you use a belt, do as few repetitions in it as possible.

I’ve used a system like this many times for Swing Handstand on Parallel Bars.
BUT have never tried it for Cast.
You could try it for both Straight Body and Straddle Up Cast Handstand.

Growing gymnasts should have excellent, fast rotating Giants as quality sometimes deteriorates later when they grow taller and put them between the rails.

Of course the trunk should be in flexion.
As much like a round ball as possible is ideal for tucked Saltos, in my opinion. Fingers grasping the shins.
