NCAA Council considering eligibility relief
Great news.
Athletes who lost the end of their 2020 season may be able to apply for an additional year of competition.
On the other hand … Dave points out that Gymnastics is a Winter Sport, not a Spring Sport. If approved for Spring Sports, Gymnastics may have to petition to be added.
WEIRD – Baku cancelled apparatus finals
It’s an Azerbaijan government decision affecting all large gatherings of people.
But you’d think this event would have been exempted as it had already started. All the competitors mingled already.

positivity in Men’s Gymnastics
I’ve coached both MAG and WAG all my life.
In men’s camps and competitions, everyone is much more supportive of one another than in WAG.
You feel judges are there to help you improve the athletes, not to criticize.

ALL NCAA Gymnastics Championships cancelled
… this means that the (WAG) national championships in Fort Worth, Texas, scheduled for April 17 and 18, will not take place.
The three days of competition at regional host sites Denver, Penn State, UCLA and Utah are also NCAA championship series events and are therefore also cancelled. …
