Olympics 2024, 2028

The International Olympic Committee on Tuesday solidified an unusual plan to award the 2024 and 2028 Summer Olympics at the same time in September, with one to be hosted by Paris and the other by Los Angeles.

When I’m putting together programs I generally schedule about 70% plyometrics (pounding) and 30% non-plyometrics.

If due to injury or growth pain gymnasts cannot do plyometric training, I’ll take them out of their conditioning program.
