I didn’t learn any secrets from this short documentary — but wasn’t surprised at any point either.

It includes construction of the new training facility. SEC Gyms are the best in the world. Chandeliers are planned. 😀

Fred Richard’s NEW competition wear?

Personally, I’m all for INNOVATION in our sport.  Kudos to Fred for putting himself out there with his Winter Cup look. 

That said, I can’t see how baggy clothing can work in Artistic Gymnastics.  Tight fitting clothing allows the judges to more correctly assess FORM and LINE.

Oklahoma, Jade Carey still #1

Oklahoma remains No. 1 through 8 weeks but LSU reclaimed the No. 2 spot. Cal moved up to No. 5 and Georgia breaks into the top 10 for the first time since 2021 (in week 3)!
