Cast Handstand Challenge

I’ve used a system like this many times for Swing Handstand on Parallel Bars.

BUT have never tried it for Cast.

You could try it for both Straight Body and Straddle Up Cast Handstand.

  • angles marked prominently on the wall
  • spotting with a soft mat so the gymnast knows where handstand is — but is not being manipulated into the position by a coach
