Spotting blocks are even better than a channel pit for introducing new skills on Bars and Horizontal Bar. There are hundreds of different configurations.
Vault 1. Ri Se Gwang PRK 14.933
2. Dalaloyan Artur RUS 14.883
3. Shirai Kenzo JPN 14.675 results
Some felt Dom Cunningham who finished 4th could have deserved Bronze. Kenzo was not deducted for stepping over the line on his stuck landing vault 2. There’s no deduction for landing ON the line.
Zou’s P Bars was the single best routine of the competition. I had him at 9.8 E-score.
Zou Jingyuan is almost untouchable on Men's Parallel Bars The man from CHNπ¨π³ scored a vast 16.433 points – the highest score so far in any event @DohaGym2018 – with this routine to win World Championship π₯ #Gymnastics#DohaGym 2018 #GoGymtasticpic.twitter.com/K47GV7VrJJ
Jon Horton and others point out that the E score panel did not do their job. Though Epke deserved to win, there’s no way his E-score should be close to Kohei or Sam.
He wants YOU to decide his H Bar release and dismount for @GymSuperstars next year. Comment on this tweet.

I called Sam for the AA win. He looks super ready.
Heading into the 6th and final apparatus β his best β Sam was only about half a point behind. His usual hit routine could MIGHT make up that difference.
XIAO Ruoteng had missed Liukin in team two nights ago. DALALOYAN was no sure hit either.
But Sam was the one who missed. It happens. Kohei only hits 95%.
I’d love to see him win H Bar in apparatus finals. It’s going to be EPKEIC.
βI really thought this was my year. This is the saddest Iβve ever been. I donβt think Iβve ever been this pissed off in my life.β Sam Mikulak pic.twitter.com/Fpk9bkZHvV
Half the competitors have finished in 5 sessions. Though judges were very quick, it was a long day.
