I’ve heard many stories of Cătă training Beam. She rarely fell, even in practice.
During her career, she won 23 Olympic, World and European medals. More than half of them (12) were gold.
She won three gold medals at the 2004 Summer Olympics in Athens on balance beam, floor and as part of the Romanian team.
