GymnasticsProgressions.com
GymnasticsProgressions.com offers coaching tutorials. They launched about a year ago.
It’s for WAG coaches. Especially those focused on high potential young kids.
A Diamond member showed me some of the content. Good stuff.
Topics are arrayed fairly randomly. I’d prefer a table of contents.
There’s not much on biomechanics and sport science.
Members pay $7.99 / month. Diamond members $14.99 / month. Or you can buy tutorials individually.
If that’s too expensive for you, be sure to LIKE their Facebook page. They have some good free content there.
