The Junior European team title goes to World Gymnastic 2, with Italy and France taking the silver and bronze medals respectively.
FIRST it’s essential to point out (again) that it’s dumb to have small nations like Iceland (pop. 400k) compete against huge nations like Russia (pop. 143 million).
BUT that’s what we live with in Olympic sport competitions.
Certainly the talented, well-prepared gymnasts from Putin’s dictatorship are significantly ahead of the rest. In fact, they would be a good team in the Senior Team Final. 😀
Italy over France feels right to me. Italy has more difficulty. France better execution.
