Participation in men’s gymnastics at the World University Games is a joint effort between the College Gymnastics Association, USA Gymnastics and the NCAA member institutions.
The World University Games is a multisport event held every two years.
Participants must be born between January 1, 1994, and December 31, 2001; have taken at least one three-credit course towards a degree or diploma within the last year before the games; and the athlete must be “progressing towards a degree.”

U.S. Education Secretary Betsy DeVos just named him to a four-year term on the National Assessment Governing Board.
Rather than be surprised, recall that DeVos weakened rules intended to protect victims of sexual misconduct on college campuses. Both Engler and DeVos would discourage victims from coming forward. 😟

Baylor wins 5th consecutive NCATA title
National Collegiate Acrobatics and Tumbling Association
Top seed Baylor used a strong performance in the tumbling and team events to earn its fifth-straight national championship with a 278.400-271.725 victory over second-seeded Oregon on Saturday evening in the NCATA Tournament finals.
The Bears also wrapped up their fourth undefeated season in program history by ending the year with a 12-0 record. Oregon wraps up the year with a 7-3 mark, with all three of its losses coming to Baylor this season. …
