Straps Bar on a WAG rail?

Putting safety straps on a traditional Asymmetric Bar has been done β€”Β but many have been injured when the the hands stop unexpectedly, and the gymnast keeps swinging. Dangerous.

However … it looks like this club in Australia has taken an old women’s rail.Β  Stripped off the wood laminate.Β  And used it as a straps bar.Β

The BOUNCE of a WAG rail is a little different than the metal MAG rail normally used as a straps bar.Β  So this could be a good idea.

NCAA Conference Championships highlights

The rest of the world is mostly baffled why seeming random teams are competing in “Conferences” β€” and why anyone cares, aside from bragging rights.

2025 competitions were excellent, however.

Here are a few highlights:

Meet of the Week βž™ ACC Championship βž™ Stanford upsets Cal

Gymnast of the Week βž™ Haleigh Bryant, LSU

Hidden Gem of the Week βž™ Utah State is back!

Also, there were many perfect 10s. And some of those were actually perfect. Under the weird NCAA judging. πŸ˜€
