Head Coach Adrianna Forde has really improved the facility. They are launching Trampoline and Tumbling next season.
The Bermuda competition is scheduled March 15-19th, 2019. Some teams last year stayed after the meet for a holiday. Just sayin’. 😎

NEW Rod Floor in Bermuda
Bermuda Gymnastics Association is starting up Trampoline and Tumbling next season.
Head Coach Adriana Forde is already using her new Ross Floor with Artistic gymnasts. There are far fewer overuse injuries on Rod Floor as compared against the competition Floor.

Justen Millerbernd is writing a book
Justen Millerbernd began serving on the USAG Trampoline & Tumbling Elite Committee in January 2013. He was elected as the Tumbling and Double Mini Trampoline Coaches Representative.
He coached 8-time National Tumbling Champion Kalon Ludvigson. Justen and Kalon are married.
