Oklahoma 198.420 NQS … already

I’d like to wager money on OU winning Nationals 2024.

AND Stanford winning the Men’s team title. I might get some odds on Stanford as they are only ranked #3 right now. 😀

WEEK 9 NQS RANKINGS

According to Spencer.

WEEK 9 RANKINGS AND NQS UPDATE

Kathy Johnson threatens to retire

Our favourite broadcaster SAYS she wants to stay home and watch Gymnastics on TV.

2024 would be her last season.

I ASSuME this is a negotiating tactic to force the NCAA to improve their embarrassing judging rules. 😀

Haleigh Bryant – Floor

Kam Nelson – Triple Back

Makes it look easy.

Kam is from Coeur d’Alene, Idaho, by the way.

John Wooden stamp

Wooden (October 14, 1910 – June 4, 2010) is one of the most respected coaches in all sport.

Oklahoma now sits on 198.270, meaning that last year’s all-time NQS record of 198.355 is in sight, requiring a 198.325 on Friday to tie and a 198.350 to pass.

Cal’s program record (notice a trend?) on Sunday of 198.400 moved the team back into striking distance of LSU with the chance to jump into 2nd place by scoring 197.950 or better this weekend

Balance Beam Situation

Cal’s record 198.400

YES scores were a little high. Still, this was a fantastic meet. We have to include Cal in the conversation about Oklahoma challengers at Nationals.
