A rising Russian junior Vladislava Urazova won the all-around at the Russian Cup, leading over Angelina Melnikova by more than four points after two days. Russian Cup is normally a senior-only competition but during the pre-Olympic year, top juniors that are eligible for the upcoming Olympics are allowed to compete.
For example, back in 2015, Angelina Melnikova was one of the top juniors at the Russian Cup and she outscored all the senior gymnasts in the all-around. …
