European Championships 2020 Paris status decided end of March

UPDATE from UEG:

In France, host of the 2020 European Championships in Women’s Artistic Gymnastics, the government has decided to limit the persons in the venue to max. 1000 people until 15 April.

As our event has the arrival day on 26 April, the UEG works closely together with the Local Organising Committee to monitor the situation. A final decision will be made by the end of March.

As expected, if some of the top contenders cannot compete the qualifying World Cups, alternative ways to qualify to Tokyo should be considered.

Adding MORE athletes would be wonderful. I suspect this will end up not being the way the remaining spots are decided.
