Brazil’s verification camp

Brazil is one of the best teams in the world — BUT did not qualify for Tokyo. They finished 14th as a team.

So far only Flavia has qualified. They could gain a second Olympic spot at PanAm Championships still scheduled to be hosted by Brazil in June.

There are currently no HBCU (Historically Black Colleges and Universities) gymnastics programs, despite how prominent black women have become in the sport.
