Japan’s Hashimoto Daiki qualified 1st in the AA with an amazing 88.698.

But Zhang Boheng had a fall and was only a point behind.

Zou Jingyuan (CHN) went 15.866 on P Bars.

Hashimoto Daiki (JPN) – 15.266 on H Bar.

Lan Xingyu (CHN) – 15.300 on Rings.

Wow. Hundreds of Gymnastics competitions and events on YouTube are linked to one searchable Google document.

Check it out.

This document is a list of elite gymnastics meets found on YouTube (as well as some extras like NCAA post season and some professional league meets).

It is part of a project aimed at helping fans navigate the wonderful blessing of many thousands of hours of video but also helping gymnasts find their own performances they might think have been lost.

1st WGA Cash Cup

World Gymnastics Association (WGA) is a NEW organization seeking to promote Gymnastics by offering online CA$H competitions.

A cool idea. You can compete Pommels against 2021 World Champion Stephen Nedoroscik, for example.

WGA has FIG modified rules, as you can see.

I’m all for anything that promotes the sport and offers financial remuneration.

The 1st competition was MAG and is posted on YouTube. You’ll see the competitors are of mixed ability level.

I’ll be following this innovation closely.
