Certainly the International Boxing Association bungles many things, this being simply the most recent. If I was on the IOC I’d vote to drop that sport from Olympic competition.

My gut reaction — as a former cranky old judge — to Ray Zapata celebrating after hitting Floor and qualifying for the Final was … too much for the Olympics.
