Certainly the WAG Codes put too much importance on finishing skills within 10 degrees of handstand. MAG Codes are more sensible.

Still it’s impressive to see gymnasts who can do it. Ashton, for example.

Stanford gymnast – ‘Pechanec’ on Bars

Nicole Pechancova competed for the Czech team at the World Championships in Rotterdam. In ‘merica we know her as Nicole Pechanec from Stanford.

Recall she competed Free Hip Geinger, a ‘new‘ skill Stanford was calling the ‘Pechanec’.
