Stacey Umeh to China. Again.

The Aussie / Canadian choreographer is back working with Team China.

🇨🇳 Last Wednesday, Stacey Umeh started a week-long choreographic training camp, the 4th time she has collaborated with the Team China. This time, she created new choreos for Qiu Qiyuan, Ou Yushan, Xiang Lulu, Chen Xinyi, and Zhang Qingying, and adjusted Wu Ran's.

Deal-breaker Behaviours in Coach Education

In Canada, coaches and clinicians will be removed from official Sports Canada course for these behaviours:

Uses language that is racist, sexist, or demeaning
Allows learners to use language that is racist, sexist, or demeaning

Via the GymCan National Coaching Certification Program requirements.

“Skater Squats” for gymnasts

Preventing and reducing knee injury is highest priority.

Skater Squats are one my all tie favorite exercises
They work fantastic single leg strength, mimic landing patterns well, and add in dynamic stability and balance
