Fujitsu judging support system
In collaboration, the FIG and Fujitsu will carry out data capture and field trials in order to achieve fair and accurate real-time judging support for Artistic Gymnastics that can be launched in 2020. …
Under the agreement, Fujitsu, for the first time at a World Championship, captured competition data at the 47th Artistic Gymnastics World Championships in Montreal …
Fujitsu is paying all costs for now.
Steve Butcher expects it could be first used in case of inquiry or when judges are out of range. There are no plans at this point for this technology to be used as part of the final score.

Happy to finish Worlds 2017 healthy.
She trains with a group of male gymnasts back in Halifax, Nova Scotia. They keep the mood in the gym more upbeat for her.

Doha, Qatar – Worlds 2018
… The 48th Artistic Gymnastics World Championships 2018 have been allocated to the Federation of Qatar, City of Doha.
I’ll be there. October 25 – Nov 3, 2018.
Qatar is very serious about sport. I’ve been very well treated on previous trips.
Many are considering whether or not to attend. Many concerned about human rights issues in Qatar. Let’s shine the spotlight on those issues over the coming year.
I was pleased to see a woman on stage at Closing Ceremonies (along with 2 men) to accept the FIG flag as next hosts.
Brooklyn Moors – Floor Final
Brooklyn becomes the highest ranking Floor finalist in Canadian history – 5th.
