Canmore Gymnastics Camp

I’m just returned from 3 days in the Canadian Rockies – Canmore, Alberta. One of the top outdoor adventure towns in the world.

It was my first chance to see their gorgeous new Gym.

Canmore Gym

Canmore had their first ever gymnast – Ivy Tupper – qualify to Nationals this year. The club is booming.

Also new this season is a summer Gymnastics Camp.

August 14-20, 2016

Resident camp for girls. Food, accommodation, training and special events all included.

when Wolf Turns go bad

I don’t mind Wolf Turns, actually. Since they are overvalued in the Code, however, judges need be severe in evaluation. They’re not often well executed.

Balance Beam Situation provides comic relief. 🙂

disaster for Dunedin Gymnastics, NZ

It’s not clear whether or not insurance will cover this kind of loss. 😦

Dunedin Gymnastics Academy will have to write off more than $100,000 worth of equipment after health and safety tests last week revealed traces of asbestos on the rafters and window sills.
