  1. And add climbing!! After having on and off knee problems I love to play with chalk in the climbing gym. Mostly bouldering. I would recommend this to every retired or injured gymnast!

  2. Don’t forget aerial skiing, they are pretty much all former gymnasts. I’ve also known a few gymnasts to go into water skiing and wakeboarding and do pretty well. And pretty much anything which requires good core/upper body strength gymnasts will have a significant advantage at.
