The independent Gymnastics Ethics Foundation sanctions Rhythmic individuals in the Azerbaijan Gymnastics Federation (AGF).
The Federation is sanctioned, as well.
1. Identify any failings in the safeguarding procedures and mechanisms, and
2. Make recommendations for any improvements or adjustments to be made with a time frame for remedy or enaction.
The Parties have the right to appeal the decision to the GEF Appeal Tribunal within 21 days of the notification of the decision.
The GEF Disciplinary Commission Panel sanctioned Azerbaijan’s former Rhythmic Gymnastics Head Coach, the current acting Head Coach, a Coach, and the Azerbaijan Gymnastics Federation (AGF).
Scores out of Putin-land are always suspect, of course.

Max was 12 years old when we started working together at South Essex Gymnastics Club. He was a happy-go-lucky kid but someone with such good basics in gymnastics as well.
I remember taking him to his first major competition in 2006, the UK School Games as a reserve, but the 2010 Commonwealth Games in India was the moment where it all changed. …

Growing gymnasts should have excellent, fast rotating Giants as quality sometimes deteriorates later when they grow taller and put them between the rails.

Drills like this encourage gymnasts to contact the table with the feet as low as possible.
That results in a good “block”.
I like training most of the time on tables lower than actual competition height.
