Anna was a walk-on at Kentucky!

LOVE that smile landing double pike.

As an FIG clinician, I’ve learned that having foreign gymnasts compete for less developed nations is a positive … WHEN it helps develop the sport in that nation.

In this case, I’m 100% supportive of Aleah representing Philippines at the upcoming 31st Southeast Asian (SEA) Games May 12 to 23 in Hanoi, Vietnam.

She’ll be an inspiration to the girls in that country.

The women’s team is composed of Aleah Finnegan, Chiara Andrews, Ancilla Lucia Mari Manzano, Lucia Gabriel Gutierrez, Kursten Rogue Lopez and Christina Onofre Loberanes. …

Aleah Finnegan competing for the Philippines sure sounds amazing! 👀 Stay tuned for her interview coming soon to Inside Gymnastics Magazine & https://t.co/SQarJjZDkw!

The European Championships Munich 2022 will be the biggest multi-sport event in Germany since the 1972 Olympics. European sport will be united as the continent’s leading sports come together to create a must-watch, must-attend experience that elevates the Champions of Europe. https://t.co/YxKfogSTCi

The weird and cool 1972 Olympics venue will be used.

… 4,400 athletes at the second multi-sport European Championships – following the inaugural edition in Berlin and Glasgow in 2018 – in athletics, beach volleyball, canoe racing, sport climbing, cycling, rowing, table tennis, triathlon and gymnastics. …

“We want to show Germany and the world that there is a sustainable way to organise such events.

“A way that brings benefits and does not tear a big hole in the budget.”
