David Kenwright to British Gymnastics

Feb 14th, 2017 was David Kenwright’s last official day at Calgary Gymnastics Centre. He’s accepted a senior position with British Gymnastics at Lilleshall.

David is one of the most successful coaches in Canadian history. He coached Brittany Rogers, Kate Richardson and dozens of other elite gymnasts.

He’ll be missed.

6 Men’s NCAA teams 414+

The end of week five signifies the halfway point of the NCAA season. All teams with the exception of Washington and Temple will be off this week as individuals compete at the Winter Cup in Las Vegas …

All NCAA meets following Winter Cup will switch from the “six-up/five-count” format to “five-up/five-count” meaning every routine competed will count toward the team’s score. …

Utah assistant coach Meredith Paulicivic

From the moment she won a national championship as a gymnast for Utah, Meredith Paulicivic (formerly King) knew she wanted to earn a ring as a Utah gymnastics coach.

In fact, she joked after graduation that Utah hadn’t seen the last of her. …

Paulicivic is in her second year as the Red Rocks’ assistant coach. The three-time vault All-American is the team’s primary vault coach. She also serves as Utah’s floor exercise choreographer and the director of the program’s summer gymnastic camps. …

Brett McClure USA MAG High Performance Director

McClure, who currently is the head men’s gymnastics coach at the University of California – Berkeley, will report to Dennis McIntyre, the vice president of men’s gymnastics, and will be based at the U.S. Olympic Training Center in Colorado Springs, Colo. …

Yoichi Tomita, chairman of the Men’s Program Committee, said, “Brett’s skills and knowledge of private club programs, collegiate programs and the national team was impressive, and his presentation and interview garnered strong support from the selection committee.”  …
