Particular congratulations to TPE and Spain. Few pundits were predicting they’d get through, particularly after Zapata withdrew from the Spanish team.

They replace France and Netherlands who competed in Rio 2016.

Oleg was back to near 100%. Ukraine would not be denied.

It’s great to see Germany get the last spot — in Germany. And they deserved it.
