The last time I saw these they were done by Chuck Sebestyen, Canada’s WAG Olympic coach to the 1964 Games.
Chuck called them “Angel Giants”.

All teams compete on three events: Floor, Tumbling and Trampet. The combined score determines the finalists, the top 6 advance to the final. In the final scores start from zero. The team with the highest combined score becomes European Champion!
Teams will compete in 5 categories: junior women’s and mixed team, senior women’s, men’s and mixed team. For the junior men’s teams there will not be an official European champion as not enough teams registered. …

Although the article doesn’t say where the team is going, my guess is they’ll be at USOTC since the place is big enough to accommodate them. Plus the US team has had training camps in Beijing before.
Sam Oldham scored a personal best 89.950 to finish 1st AA all around at the GBR 1st Olympic trial. But ultimately wasn’t named to the Rio competition team.
He’s training for the 2020 Olympics now back at his home Gymnastics club in Nottingham.
