Utah’s new assistant – Carly Dockendorf

Looks like the Utes had a clear succession plan in place.

The former Elite from Canada — who went on to be Track and Strength coach — was promoted to full-time assistant coach.

NCAA Gymnastics coverage on ESPN

I tried to watch women’s Championships on ESPN.

ESPN, ESPN2, ESPN3, ESPNU, WatchESPN, ESPN+ … ??

It’s very confusing. 🤔

I really enjoy Kathy Johnson’s coverage, however.

Hopefully ESPN will continue to grow their College Gymnastics coverage — especially by adding the quarter (Regional) qualifiers.

Lexy Ramler is AWESOME

Despite not having a team behind her, Lexy tied Kyla in the AA. Many at Championships (who don’t follow Minnesota) finally learned what all the hype was about.

Kaitlyn Schou – legend

Kaitlyn Schou hit all 158 routines she competed for Denver.

What a legacy!

Skinner’s record is 161 routines in series without a fall.

Oklahoma’s win streak ends at 121

4 consecutive national team titles. 121 straight victories — the third-longest winning streak in NCAA history for all sports.

LSU wins 2nd at Championships

What an accomplishment. What a season.

I’d celebrate.

Some guy finished 21,463rd place in a Marathon. In my opinion, that’s not billboard worthy. Perhaps he should have those shoes gilded instead. 😀

OSU at Championships

One of the BIG stories of Championships 2019 was the miracle run of Oregon State University.

They surpassed Florida at Regionals to qualify.

And were tied with Denver after 3 apparatus in the semi-final very close to reaching 4 on the Floor.

In coaching we call this peaking.
