Though he’s the NCAA champion in his rookie season, I feel many don’t yet know Fred Richard:

  • over half a million followers on Tik Tok
  • over 100k on Instagram
  • wants Michigan to win NCAAs in the next couple of years
  • wants to make Worlds 2023 and win medals
  • H Bar is his best apparatus right now
  • disappointed with USA ranking 5th at Worlds 2022. They should move up in 2023.
  • has NIL deals and many opportunities

.. China for the World University Games. This is kind of my warm up for the U.S. Championships but also for me to compare myself against the Chinese who are one of the most competitive countries in men’s gymnastics. So I would like to go there and learn from the Chinese, but also show them who I am.

This is by far the best routine I’ve seen her HIT so far.

And it’s my favourite routine of 2023. Fewer skills all connected means fewer opportunities for E-score deduction.

Kaylia is a French-Algerian artistic gymnast currently representing Algeria in international competition.  Recall that France wouldn’t clear her to compete in major FIG meets until July 2023 — too late to qualify to Worlds 2023.
