The top 17 teams this year scored high enough to make top 8 in 2022.
As expected, it was super tough to make top 12 at the qualifying Worlds.

It was heartbreaking that France did not qualify anyone to the Paris Olympics.
At worst, the FIG does allocate one spot for the host nation IF nobody has qualified from France in any other way.
Canada competed best of all teams for their first Olympic qualification since 2008. Germany was excellent, too.
Ukraine did not compete well, but everyone is happy they made Paris in the Olympics where Russia may be banned for invading their homeland.
It was a gutsy performance for Netherlands to qualify. And I’d say Turkey has earned the Olympics for their steady progress over recent years. It was a smart call to add young Emre Dodanli who is competing in NCAA for Oklahoma.
