  1. Amazing speakers and presentation topics. Very impressive. Fred Yeadon came to Canada years (early 1990s ?) ago and did presentations to the teams and coaches on the mechanics of twisting. My understanding of “Tilt Twisting” was much improved after meeting him. I have a hardcover book written by him called “Twisting Somersaults” which I’ve never managed to actually read through…the math in it starts to lose me 😉 Anyone interested in knowing the Why of the What we do should tune in for this session. A+
