Fred Richard, not Richards. Get that straight. He’s the 2023 Worlds Bronze medalist.

Fred has many areas where he could improve. Young with tons of potential.

A good AA Final overall. Comparatively few falls.

Many of those falls — however — were from top contenders at the END of the competition. My man Sun Wei had 2 falls on Pommels on the final apparatus, for example.

American Girl — the toy company — has announced its 2024 Girl of the Year—Lila Monetti.

She’s a 10-year-old growing up in Minnesota who is developing new hobbies and pushing through challenges. Both a horseback rider and competitive gymnast.

Minnesota? Isn’t Olympic Champion Suni Lee from Minnesota?
