If you missed the Canadian Championships this past weekend, one BIG story was Zoé Allaire-Bourgie dominating the Junior competition.

Ellie won her 5th National title and looked very relaxed doing so. It’s as if she’s got this game figured out.

I like this drill. It makes the turn easy for beginners.

But once kids are doing the skill on their own to the table of mats, we don’t need emphasize the 1-arm release. It can be closer to simultaneous.
