Austria has some style, as well.
The first training days were disrupted by a massive rain storm. Over 6 hours the deluge exceeded Qatar’s average annual rainfall.
My hostel was flooded, for example. Traffic was a mess. They really aren’t prepared for rain storms here in the desert.
The rain returned on the first day of WAG qualifying competition forcing a long delay. Gymnasts eventually returned to the training hall.
