In the quick upside down snippet you can see her left elbow almost hyper extended while the right arm is bent 60 degrees. In the over head you can see her hands nearly on the line like a Tsuk. Don’t know if bad or good for body mechanics, but I wouldn’t teach it that way. Interesting. Something to think about.
