TOPs (Talent Opportunity Program) is a talent search and educational program for female gymnasts ages 7-10 and their coaches.
TOPS is a good program for some girls, but not all girls. There are many “talented” children who do not score highest. Especially those lacking flexibility, but with plenty of power.
