Amelia Hundley will volunteer coach at Florida

Attending a Florida meet this year, it was obvious Amelia is a great presence and leader on the floor.

She’s a natural for coaching.

Rowland praises Hundley’s consistency in her kind-heartedness and willingness to do anything for her teammates, and her growth in her sport, as she has taken ownership of herself and learned to value what’s in front of her. …

Northern Illinois University’s Men’s gymnastics club

They compete in the NAIGC (National Association of Intercollegiate Gymnastics Clubs) program.

Championships were scheduled for April 15th in Rhode Island. I’m assuming those will be cancelled.

NCAA Council considering eligibility relief

Great news.

Athletes who lost the end of their 2020 season may be able to apply for an additional year of competition.

On the other hand … Dave points out that Gymnastics is a Winter Sport, not a Spring Sport. If approved for Spring Sports, Gymnastics may have to petition to be added.

ALL NCAA Gymnastics Championships cancelled

… this means that the (WAG) national championships in Fort Worth, Texas, scheduled for April 17 and 18, will not take place.

The three days of competition at regional host sites Denver, Penn State, UCLA and Utah are also NCAA championship series events and are therefore also cancelled. …

The NATIONAL COLLEGIATE ACROBATICS & TUMBLING ASSOCIATION cancelled remaining competitions including Championship.
