Men’s European Gymnastics Championships Apparatus Finals day 2 RECAP

Results.

Cherpurnyi, Kovtun and Fraser shine in Zagreb

European Gymnastics:

The athletes took to the vault, with Ukrainian Nazar Chepurnyi achieving the highest score (14.566) to claim the gold, after winning bronze at last year’s European Championship in Leipzig. Aleksei Usachev (14.399) took silver, while Sol Scott (14.199) secured the bronze medal.

After claiming the All-Around title, Illia Kovtun has added another European crown to his collection in Zagreb, becoming European champion on Parallel Bars with an impressive score of 14.700. Ferhat Arican claimed the silver medal, while Joe Fraser completed the podium with bronze.

For the last final of the day, Joe Fraser shone on the High Bar. With a score of 14.200, Fraser claimed the European title. The silver medal went to Marios Georgiou and Savelii Sieedin completed the podium in third place.
