Cartwheel progressions

This is one basic NOT to rush.

It’s asymmetric, therefore more complex.

A poor cartwheel could result in a poor Round-off.

  1. And yet my notion of a good round-off has been challenged…even rocked in recent years. Not a round-off for going into a tumbling element (whip or bhs), but for going into a twisting skill. This doesn’t take away from the perfect point made by your post…it’s just a reflection that there is more than one round-off today…and I’m not even sure how I feel about that. 😉
