Dumb. Until we have computer video analysis to make this kind of call, it would be better to call all straight body layouts D-parts, and take deduction from the E-score.
Under current rules, I don’t trust human beings to make the right call every time.

That last one should be paid a layout. It was nice. The piking was only minimal. It was better than some of the others that would be paid according to that dumb rule.

The rule of lowering the values of skills due to execution errors is way above everyone’s understanding… Why can’t the womens TC just do it like men do and consider these as E-jury deductions, that would make the judging faster and most likely more fair.
