STILL trying to understand Olympic qualification

MAGnastics tried a hypothetical scenario using results of Men’s Worlds 2018 to decide most of the Olympians:

  • Team Qualification (12)
  • Individual AA Qualification
  • Individual Apparatus Qualification

Using 2018 rankings Olympians include: Adam Steele, Ireland, Tin Srbic, Croatia, Ri Se Gwang, North Korea, Eleftherios Petrounias, Greece, Lee Chih Kai, Taipei, Artem Dolgopyat, Israel, etc.

  1. Have got the same results. We can also add 58th Shiao Yu-Jan from TPE to the AA list, since the host country spot would go back to the AA list, as JPN qualified a team.
