No low Bar. That’s a good idea.
But the routine is weird if you ask me. I’d prefer a Blind Change short of handstand from Giant to jump down … rather than all those long swings simply to include a Flyaway.

The long swings, in my opinion is a front giant tap swing. After the giant, the Planch down is a Pak Timer. I like this routine! Should include some sort of turning element though.
