Round two of my front lever progressions for rings. Jay needed a little assistance with a couple but if you use your imagination you can pretend I’m not there 😝 . . As always strive for a straight line through the hips. I prefer gymnasts trying to maintain some shoulder retraction, but as you see it becomes harder to maintain as the progression gets more difficult. For this reason I think it’s important to revisit easier progressions to improve the posture of the skill. . . Part two of the Back Lever series is coming soon.
