One of the many naming blunders perpetuated by FIG WTC is the Mostepanova on Beam.
It’s still called the Onodi in the Code.

It’s not an error; this has happened countless times in gymnastics. The Soviets never submitted the skill, therefore it couldn’t be named after Mostepanova.

Perhaps it is a different element when it is at the end of a flight series rather than when it is from a standing position?
