RUS will not compete Europeans

I understand the argument that some athletes suffer when their governments are banned from internationals sporting activities.

And I feel badly for those athletes.

That said, it would be even worse for the world if RUS and BLR were allowed to compete in Paris.

According to the directives for the event, no late registration for Europeans can occur after the draw. That would mean no Russians in Antalya and therefore, no full teams at Paris 2024. https://t.co/uZkwtUPBEy
